Eligibilty
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of purchase, with proof of payment. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.Non-Returnable Items
Customized, special-order, or hard-to-source items are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchange
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Late or missing refunds

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
