All products are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, we reserve the right to substitute items or notify customers if products are backordered, discontinued, or unavailable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and may change without prior notice. Payment methods include bank transfer, in-store payments, and PayPal (coming soon). Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received

Sourcing & Special Orders

Requests for hard-to-find or special-order items may require a deposit or extended lead time. Customers will be informed of estimated delivery dates and costs prior to confirming the order.

Warranty & Liability

Manufacturer warranties apply where indicated. Hotel Hardware Jamaica Limited is not liable for product misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by negligence. We are also not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
